This Samhain, as the veil thins once again on the wheel of the year, we are beckoned to call to the well Ancestors of our lineage for guidance, wisdom, love and healing.

This Four Elements Sound Journey will take you on an immersive & meditative Sound Journey with Shamanic roots and connect you to your ancestral guidance.

You will be guided through earth, wind, fire and water. It is designed to be healing and restorative, leaving you relaxed, motivated and rejuvenated.

40 Day Transformational Journey
In spirituality 40 days of repetitive practice is said to be transformational, in science we say it takes 28days to form habits.

A 40 day self discovery journey from October 1st.

Just £35 per person for a 40 day experience which will include daily prompts, in person intention setting Ceremony and at the end an energetic accumulation circle.

This will be based within a private group space which will be entirely safe and closed, but interactive. The more you put in, the more you'll get out of it.

We will begin on the 1st October for 40 days.
See shifts in your being, your energy and your alignment as you get to know yourself, your values, boundaries and your soul path.
All events are held in small group sizes, a safe homely environment and are designed to allow you to feel seen, heard and understood in a supportive space.
